Just Tell One, an organization primarily focused on youth who are facing mental health or addiction issues, looked to 19Ideas to refresh its web presence.
Our approach was to realign the information architecture and make the purpose of the site more intuitive for visitors. We focused on important CTA placement and utilized illustrations from their social account to add personality. The tone of the site was brightened to be more welcoming.
